Our biology has not changed to the same extent as our socio-social
security structures and achievements.
As a result, the body today reacts to stress stimuli (danger signals
from the outside) just as it did when we were faced with a wild animal.
The body, or more precisely the adrenal cortex, produces cortisol
(hormone), which triggers the following reactions in our body to enable
us to switch into fight-or-flight mode, in order to survive.
People with anxiety need to allow themselves to live unconventionally
and do unconventional things, no matter what the environment says,
provided it helps them to relax and feel safer. NO MATTER WHAT IT IS!
